Bathroom was excellent. Kitchen was OK. Bedroom good. Decor excellent. Outdoor areas very good. Plenty of hot water snd good water pressure.
Leak by the toilet. Wifi off/on constantly and could do with instructions in English and maybe other languages No warning about mosquito problem Overgrown garden Information on island would be handy, maps, points of interest. (Apart from the obvious)

very nice view on the stars and on the vulkano, nice terrace and garden. Everything was clean.
it was surprise that if you want to take keys from the house you should call taxi for 10 euro, he take you to the place near the apartments.

I usually do not write bad revives as every place has something to offer and something amiss. This review is a warning for people who don't like (nasty) surprises during their long-planned holiday. In general my holiday was a success and highly overpriced accommodation hasn't spoiled it. Fortunately. So, good things first: + loved the location far away from port, noisy bars and streets crowded with one-day-tourists; + 25 minutes walk to Osservatorrio Restaurant; + breathtaking (not only because lot of volcanic ash) view from roof-top terrace and spacious house with lots of wasted potential; + 10 minutes walk to nearest Ficogrande Beach (NOPE, IT'S NOT A BEACH FRONT PROPERTY);
In 2018 we spent very nice time in hotel in Stromboli. None of the below happened back there. Not one mosquito bite... but to the bad tings: - key collecting process was a disaster. We were instructed that someone will meet us in the port. Later this has changed and we had to call someone local to bring us the key. I warned the owner that none of us speaks Italian, but that message was completely ignored. If you are NOT ITALIAN SPEAKING tourist, better think twice unless you want to hear very annoyed "mamma mia" on the other end of the line like we had. A third-party person, who hands the keys to international tourists could learn at least 2-3 simple sentences in English just to point you in the right direction... fortunately a boat captain helped us sort things out; - NO ACCESS TO THE BEACH (not to mention the advertised "Private beach area" :-) ), unless you want to invade other peoples' homes which lay between Casa Ada and steep cliff; - moldy wet walls; - drawers filled with staff left by other people; - wardrobes closed with padlocks and bedrooms used as storage sheds; - garden serves as a breeding grounds for tiger mosquito and american cockroach (YEAP, PLENTY IN BOTH GARDEN AND HOUSE, but also in Naples :-) ); - BATHROOM IS BASICALLY AN OUTHOUSE - you have to go outside to use toilet which isn't very pleasant experience at 03:00 in the morning with big moths and creepy crawlers roaming around; - no flat screen TV (contrary to what is advertised); - poor Wi-Fi signal; - sloppy electric installation - sometimes couldn't switch on the light or charge mobile phone; - we had to buy our own essentials (starting with soap, kitchen towels, washing liquid, briquette for BBQ and finishing on gas lighter as the one in the house was empty); - 15 walking minutes from nearest opened shop (not good if you have to buy all above extras);
