The facilities were great and very family friendly. The host, Geries, was incredibly kind and generous. He was very helpful and followed up frequently to make sure everything was perfect. I can't speak highly enough about him and the experience.
The small play equipment for young children was not well cleaned or maintained, but worked well enough for our daughter. I wish the kids pool water was a little warmer, it was quite cold for being a pool meant for young kids and I would prefer there be more shaded area in the spaces meant for young kids. Overall, I loved the place and would happily return.

Everything!!!! So much space, three very well presented bedrooms, a spacious and comfortable lounge, a dining room with plenty of seats, 2 balcony’s and three toilets / 2 bathrooms. Three pools. The apartments was so clean and the host was exceptional. We were truly spoilt with food, so much so we could not eat it all. The beds were so comfortable and lots of towels provided for our stay. Within easy reach - walking distance of the Dead Sea and the nearby mall. Just amazing! We did not want to leave as the views were incredible! I’d stay at the Samarah again and again without doubt.
Pillows were quite flat, so firmer pillows and a dishwasher would be great! The latter is me just being lazy as I’m on holiday!
