Convient

Convenient to visit the beautiful towns in the area. Nice grounds. The swimming pool is great. There is a service where they bring bread & croissants to your apartment (extra cost) in the mornings

There were ants everywhere, we couldn’t get rid of them even spraying ant killers. From outside area you see a few of the neighbours, which was a bit uncomfortable for eating outside. There is a communal washing machine, but you have to pay €5. There was no AC, it was quite hot when we visited and the fan wasn’t enough

Disappointed

The location was good as a home base. The pool was also good but they do not provide towels.

The room was very dated and sparse. While the size was good, this was not a comfortable lodging. If you are looking for a more nice comfortable place this is not it. If you are looking for a bare bones place this is it. When I was there it was over 100° fahrenheit or 39-41° celsius and there was NO air conditioning. It was miserable especially trying to sleep. Note you are expected to clean your room at the end of your stay unless you purchase the premium room, which isn't a premium room but rather it means they provide the cleaning service at the end of the stay. This fell far short of my expectations.

We rented a 2 bed room apartment. While the first bed room has an adequate size, the second one is much too small. It might be fine for one person, but when a second bed is in, there is no possibility that two persons can stand or move in the remaining space.

Outstanding location and club facilities, very old rooms

The rooms/appartements deserve a serious refresh. All the appliances are there but so dated and old fashion that kills the charm of everything else. That said, it was pretty clean and staff was activated super fast to fix the stuff that kept breaking up in our room (because of old age). Our room had sufficient space for the 4 of us, but it was sold as a 7 people one. I cannot imagine how 7 people could be fit on it, certainly not confortable. I think the marketing of the rooms should be more real, is not because you can fit 7 beds in every corner of the place that people will feel comfy. A 7 person apt was perfect for 4 people comfortably housed 2 per room and with a living room available. Strongly recommend to take the « premium » option . The restaurant was not good. Slow and food not good. Better to go out to the villages nearby there are plenty of better options.

L’emplacement, le calme et la beauté de la nature environnante.

L’absence de climatisation d’autant plus pendant la canicule, le ventilateur très bruyant qui n’a pas été changé malgré nos remarques, le personnel peu empressé à répondre à nos demandes hormis le directeur le dernier jour de notre séjour, difficultés à obtenir les croissants et le pain pour le petit-déjeuner, absence de connivance avec le golf, le personnel ne semblait pas connaître les habitudes des lieux. Nous avons raccourci notre séjour de deux jours. Le directeur semblait navré de nos remarques mais nous étions sur le départ. On lui souhaite bon courage pour relever l’état des lieux.

Décevant

La piscine.

Pas de Clim dans les appartements. 1 seul ventilateur par appartement mais quand c’est un 3 pièce ça sert strictement à rien. On a du aller acheter des ventilateurs nous même car avec des enfants en bas âge c’était juste dangereux!! Tout ça alors qu’on savait tb depuis 1 semaine que c’était la canicule. Quand on est censé être un 4 étoile on anticipe et on va acheter des climatiseurs en amont. Et le poupon des coupures d’eau et d’électricité pendant le séjour. Quand on demande à l’accueil on dit simplement qu’ils font des travaux de rénovation. Sans nous prévenir et surtout pendant qu’on est dedans!!! Cet hôtel mérite simplement un 2 étoile et pour le prix ça ne vaut pas le coup. Dommage car l’endroit est beau, les terrains de golf aussi. Avec un peu d’investissement et de coût de propre cet établissement pourrait vraiment être très agréable.

Rigtig godt sted med fin bolig, i smukke omgivelser ved golfbane og tæt på Lisle sur-la-Sorgue. Og så er det til en meget god pris.
