The apartment was very spacious. It had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked. I could cook any meal there instead of eating out. That is a definite plus. Best of all, it had a combination washer/dryer.
I wish there had been instructions on how to work the TV and how to get up to the minute news in English. I found a few apps, but it was just snippets of news from the previous day.

Nicely appointed modern apartment with all the equipment you need~fabulous location by Gordon street 400 metres to London beach and lala land beach restaurant ~great system for door code lock~ground floor~good a/c good wi fi~had 2 minor issues in the flat responded immediately and dealt with matters straight away ~very good company with app and fast response to any queries~very quiet apartment and building~no garden but small terrace ~washing machine and even a dryer as well ~can't fault it
Europeans like toasters lol
Parking not possible on Ben yehuda as they are building new tram line ~work didn't cause noise in apartment

The location of this apartment is amaizing, so close to everything. the apartment turned to be good, clean and modern. The only problem is the view from bed rooms and very old windows
The building itself is dreadful and when we arrived we were astonished by how it looked from outside.

- backyard not romantic as on advertisement and water from AC from upper floor was dropping on me when I was sitting on patio
- overused furniture
- cleanness shoudl be significantly better
- pics didn't reflect reality
- AC was working but still it was hot in the appartment over the night
I was in touch with appartment management and was complaining that pics on Booking.com do not reflect the reality and they replied that the flat was recontructed and improved. So you can compare difference below.
Just notice as at 7/2023 - there is noisy construction going on behind the appartment so be aware of it and prepare if you are a light sleeper
