Excellent stay on the ocean

On the beach location was excellent, Villa was clean and air conditioner kept rooms cool. Staff were very helpful. There was 2 restaurants close to villa and they were excellent.

There was a broken handle in shower but was fix immediately by Jesus in maintenance. The water went out 2 days in a row for couple of hours. But you cant always control those situations

Gorgeous Beach Location

Great little condo that was just off the beach. Loved the beach - I read that beaches weren’t great in Belize- but it was calm and very little weeds Location was fine - 10 min golf cart rental into town with a few restaurants across the street - walkable distance. The beds were comfortable - ac worked fine. The bathrooms while likely clean, were dimly lit and with old tile - they just looked a little grungy. Not the fault of the property at all - but the bugs ate me alive in all of our stops in Belize despite using Deet/Deep woods. Just pack Benadryl if you happen to be the type that swells from bites.

Apartment not in best condition.

Just liked the location next to the beach.

There were urine leaking from the upstairs apartment down into our bathroom light fixture. Microwave making clicking noise suddenly when we didn't use it. An animal sound coming from the inside the cabinet in the living room area and under the refrigerator there were water on the floor that we had to clean up. Not a good experience at all.

The place is beautiful. Our first room was amazing, but the ac didn't work in one room .very clean. Second room better location right at the beach, but one room again and 🐜 .the pool wonderful 😍

Nice pool and grounds.

Beverage size fridge in a full kitchen, that didnt work well. Needed a full size fridge and one that had a freezer compartment that worked! Lots of bugs inside. Had to keep asking for clean towels. Our concierge was non existent. Tried many times to get help with excursions, dinner places etc. Would replay days later to tell us we need to book days in advance. We were only there a week!. In general, it was ok. Not worth the money and you definitely need a car. It is 18 miles to the village and golf carts are almost impossible to get.

The condos themselves were nice. Only complaint was it only had a small beverage fridge. When renting a unit with kitchen, you need a normal size fridge! Especially when you are out of town. Our concierge was non existent. Attempted to contact a few times and gave up. Figured out excursions etc ourselves with the help of google! Overall , we had a great visit to Placencia. Beautiful place.

Horrible!!!

The host were helpful and friendly

There were RATS inside, in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room!!! We got moved 5 days after we arrived because we found rat droppings in the bathroom, only to find there were RATS in the other building AS WELL!! Utterly DISGUSTED!! Not to mention being kept up by the squeaking RAT noises at night, fearing one would scamper on our bed while sleeping. We were offered a 20% discount, which we were NOT seven given! I am NOT satisfied and will take this up as high as needed to get the compensation we deserve! We took LOTS of pictures of the messes the RATS left in the kitchen and chewing up bath room garbage. Also I our 2nd to last night we caught the rat on video as my husband pulled out the fridge and the RAT scurried up behind the living room furniture and disappeared in a crack just below the ceiling. Photos and video to prove the nightmare experience we had.

We book #24 and were sent to San Pedro instead. That we did not like.

in a quiet suburb place. Nice view and a very good place to relax.

A bit to far from town.

On day 2 we found beach towels in the cupboard, didn't know that. The wifi was good, beach ans pool perfect! Beds cozy, bathroom shower was hot, but super low pressure. Bring LOTS of bug spray for mosquitoes, all day long.

The facility is miles from town, a car is mandatory. Thus, we rented golf carts, adding $65/day to the rate. Needed bottled water for drinking, toothbrushing, etc. would have been good to be advised all this at booking.
