Emplacement exceptionnel, Résidence calme et très proche de la plage. La place de parking à Collioure est indispensable. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix.
La chambre enfant est très petite, juste ok pour dormir mais pas pour y rester jouer. bien pour des enfants de moins de 10 ans.

Gute Lage nah zum Zentrum. Wirklich ruhig gelegen, keinerlei Verkehrslärm von der Hauptstraße. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon, sogar etwas Meer war zu sehen und bei Brandung auch zu hören. Freundlicher Service durch die Agentur. Die Waschmaschine war in gutem Zustand, kein Schimmel oder Schmutz.
Sehr eng und nicht gut geschnitten. Maximal für ein Paar geeignet, das "Kinderzimmer" ist eine Art Höhle, wo Kinder älter als 6-7 Jahre Angst bekommen werden. Für Alleinreisende ist es okay. Die sehr enge Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an einigen Basics. Das Bad hat keine Lüftung und die Feuchtigkeit vom Duschen bleibt lange hängen. Im Haus wohnen starke Raucher und es riecht intensiv nach kaltem Rauch im Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung ist eher zu teuer für das Angebot im Vergleich in Collioure (es gibt nicht mal WiFi).
