Unreliable host. Very small apartment, Sofa bed. No WiFi!

The apartment is ok but very small and there is no bed, it's a fold out sofa bed.

The host made us wait for over an hour in the cold and snow. An hour had been agreed by messages but at the agreed time there was no one to receive us, the phone was never answered by anyone, messages not answered, nothing. We had to shelter in the shop in front, who were very kind and helpful. After arriving the host excused herself and said she doesn't speak english, but that doesn't explain not replying to messages in french sent to the phone and through Booking. There was no WIFI despite being clearly indicated on the description. We tried to contact the host through every mean adn once again no reply to messages on Booking, SMS, noting. Only when I complained to Booking there was a message confirming there is no WIFI, so why put that on the description? I should have known this host would give us trouble when we were asked to change our booked dates, that had been made months before.

Piccolo appartamento molto carino, in una bella posizione vicino al centro

Ho dato 7 per questi motivi: divano letto rumoroso e scomodissimo, la prima notte volevo scappare; lenzuola non pulite, alla sera del primo giorno abbiamo avvisato i proprietari ed alle 23.30 ci hanno consegnato le lenzuola pulite, problema risolto brillantemente ma è stato imbarazzante. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica ed un solo sacco dell'immondizia mi sembra un po' poco per 5 notti. Inoltre c'è una bellissima TV ma non c'è wifi e questo è un peccato. Il phon in bagno non funziona bene rimane acceso pochissimo. In generale non è stata fatta una buona pulizia della camera, nell'armadietto ci sono pacchetti di cibo aperto e una scatola dello zucchero aperta oltre ad una borsa ed un sacchetto sporco che abbiamo lasciato dove si trovavano. Benché la camera sia ben organizzata come arredamento manca un posto dove mettere i vestiti.
