Very clean and comfortable fully equipped apartment. Great balcony with perfect view. Everything is like new and it’s in a great location close to the beach and supermarkets. A short cab or scooter ride to Pattaya central. Very friendly host, responds quickly to messages and was very helpful. Friendly security staff. Magnificent modern swimming pools set into the garden. Highly recommend!

The apartments are very comfortable! We rested as a family and rented 2 rooms. The owner is a very nice person. Even before his arrival, he wrote a question when we arrive, how will we meet and hand over the keys. Everything was clear. Despite the very late arrival at the apartment, the owner was friendly and handed over the keys. The room has everything you need: dishes, iron, ironing board, towels. Even when we wanted to rent a minibus, the owner did everything possible to help us. The territory is very beautiful and well-groomed. I recommend to everyone.

Very clean, lots of facilities and places to relax at the property. Located in north pattaya, away from the very tourist filled area, while being able to reach the walking street within 15minutes. The room was very clean and the host was very helpful. We will definitely be coming back to this place on our next trip to pattaya!

Limited amount of sockets in the room, would've preferred a few sockets next to the bed.
