Fabulous apartment that was spotless, spacious and in a great location. Excellent facilities in the apartment.

You can only use the washing machine e and dryer from 8 am to 8 pm and that’s when You are out enjoying Sorrento and everything around not in the apartment.

Beautiful property, well equipped. Good air conditioning and water pressure. Great location. Nice distant sea view.
Major complaint is the poor responsiveness of the rental agent. We have rented apartments all over Europe , USA and Caribbean for years. We have never experienced this lack of timely response to requests through texting, booking.com messaging or phone calls. Took over a day and several requests. Also Called her number and she did not answer the phone or call back. Many things can happen that need immediate response. Or at least within the hour. For example, lost keys, trouble getting into Apt, loss of hot water, power issues, security issues etc etc. I finally asked via text how do we get in touch with you if we have an urgent request. The answer finally came back as…text or call me. Well that’s what she said when she was orienting us to the apartment and that didn’t work. Actually we didn’t feel anyone had our back in case of a real need. Otherwise she was friendly on check in and was quick to text us check out instructions on the last day. I would have given this property all high marks if it wasn’t for this. The only other complaint was the bed was like sleeping on bricks. I had to pad it with bed pillows in order to sleep in it. Maybe supply rooms with a memory foam topper that can be used if necessary. There are also signs that indicate to leave towels on floor if you want them replaced. But there was no maid or linen services all. So that was contradictory.
