Check in process very complicated.

Location to pool and beach

The elevator didn’t work everytime. The fire alarm went off twice in one day. No beach towels available.

-Location is great. Was able to walk right out of the property through the pool area to the beach and can see/hear the ocean from the balcony. -House was VERY clean. Kudos to the staff because the place was spotless. -AC worked great. -Apartment had all the extras you could need including cookware, appliances, and utensils. -The provided Beach chairs and umbrella were helpful. -Owner/management company was VERY responsive and helpful during the stay.

-Approximately 10 pretty step stairs are required to get to the elevator. Not a problem for me necessarily but would be difficult for older people. -Additionally, when unloading the car, it makes using the cart near impossible. To access the elevator with the cart requires over bumpy roads to the parking garage, a 3-4 minute walk. -Elevator is a tad jenky. We got temporaily stuck the first day because the buttons don't work as labled. -Check in is a bit annoying. Have to go to an office that closes early on the other side of the island to pick up a parking pass. Budget an extra 15 min in your travels. -Booking.com will send an imediate email upon booking with an address thats on a completely different spot on the island. Luckily, we were able to follow up with the owners and steered in the right direction but was a little worrisome for a second.
