The location of this apartment was excellent. Being able to access it via a lift was a huge advantage, especially in Amalfi where there are so many steep stairs. The views were absolutely beautiful, with stunning sea views during the day and a fantastic view over Amalfi at night. It was also very easy to reach the town centre, making it a great base for exploring everything Amalfi has to offer. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They assisted us in getting to the property and helped carry our bags, which was greatly appreciated and made the check-in process much easier. Despite a few minor issues, we had a lovely stay overall. The fantastic location, incredible views, helpful staff and easy access to the centre of Amalfi made it an enjoyable place to stay. With a few improvements to address the ant problem, washing machine and sofa bed, this could be an excellent place to stay.

The washing machine didn’t seem to clean our clothes properly, which was frustrating. There were also ants throughout the apartment, particularly in the bedroom and kitchen. We regularly found them in our clothes and even in our food. The sofa bed was also not fit for purpose. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and we wouldn’t recommend it for adults. We also don’t feel the apartment is particularly well suited to three guests if the sofa bed is intended to be used.

The location was excellent and close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions you had.

There was mould around the apartment, the shower drain was blocked so when you would shower you would be standing in a big puddle of water. The pressure of the tap was very low and we waited about 7 minutes for the hot water to come through. The door that led to the balcony wouldn’t close so we had to use a chair to keep it shut during the day and at a night.
