The outdoor space and the pool area were great. The view amazing. It is an excellent location for exploring the little local beaches, close to kalami

The interior is a bit dated and a few minors things, like door handles, need fixing.

Dated decor - cleaner arrived 2 hours before we were due to depart - not ideal a hassle on the last day

Amazing view, great location! Lovely pool. Cleaning lady and Pool man both very good Villa was well equipped with Kitchen utensils.

The safe wasn’t working and the door to the upper balcony from the lounge had no key so had to be entered via a bedroom. Remote control for one of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly All of these are minor points that didn’t impact on us.

Everything was clean and functional, even though old and worn. Wifi fairly effective though not great. Air con good and in all rooms. Amazing view. Pool was clean and very nice and was cleaned during our 4 day stay. View and pool were the only things which is as good as on pictures and which lives up to expectations. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants (10 min., but very steep and hard walk).

While this villa was functional, it was also quite disappointing and very bad value for money. Furniture was old and worn, attic room left over style. Furnishings, bathroom, kitchen, sunchairs etc. generally old and battered, does not look as good as on pictures. Upstairs shower barely functional, as showerhead is old and crusted into one position. No supplies in kitchen, no salt, pepper or anything (to be fair: there was sugar and some teabags, the only exception). No tray or similar for making icecubes. No detergent or other necessaries for dish washer supplied, also no soap for hand washing dishes or cleaning cloth/sponge, makes daily cleaning difficult. Description of the villa does not explain that the upstairs and downstairs are actually two separate apartments with no connection between them, you have to go out front door and use external staircase. This was not ideal for us – travelling with children – and should be made clear when you book. One of the facilities listed in description is a DVD player, this was not present. When we contacted the owner through booking.com he did not reply back. It is bad enough not to supply everything which is promised, but to ignore questions from a guest is even worse. Overall I would not recommend this villa. Everything was functional and clean, just definitely not value for money and it felt like the owner did not care about providing a good experience. I paid 725 euros per nights, I have had much better places for that price. If the price had been substantially lower I would have been happy.
