A descrição corresponde perfeitamente. Casa muito boa, toda equipada, muito limpa e aconchegante.
O ar condicionado nos quartos proporcionava um excelente descanso depois de um dia inteiro na praia.
A casa é bem localizada, a apenas 200m da praia da Tabatinga e bem próxima de outras ótimas praias como a Maranduba, a Mococa e a Cocanha.
A proprietária é muito atenciosa.
Recomendo.

Local muito tranquilo e de boa vizinhança. Fomos bem recebidos pelo zelador que também é o gerente do condomínio. Imóvel limpo e bem conservado. Agradeço pelo bom atendimento da Sra. Maria de Lourdes que foi muito prestativa na transação toda. Recomendo este imóvel!
