Les Terrasses de Padoue

Excellent location, very near the city center. Well equipped. Good value for money. Responsive host. Nice views from the balcony.

Unpaid parking in the street is often fully occupied.

The apartment was very well equiped

We knew the apartment was not on the ground floor but we would not have chosen it has we known it was on the 4th floor, 8 flights of stairs, very difficult with luggage. Booking.com said visa was acceptable but this was not true. Bank transfer did not work so we ended up going to a cash machine for cash which had to be left in the flat. The owner refused to collect it although he lived nearby. A few pictures on the walls would have helped make the flat more pleasant.

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Propriétaire très réactif, c est agréable.

4eme étage sans ascenseur.

Location was great.

It was not particularly clean when we arrived and on departure we were advised there was a €30 cleaning fee which was a bit unexpected and also seemed unreasonable given the cleanliness when we arrived. Also there was only one roll of toilet paper, which felt a bit mean. Lastly on leaving they don’t take credit cards or payment from booking agents so we were advised we needed to pay by cash or bank transfer both of which were difficult.
