Location was fantastic, cafes very close by and views of the harbor from the windows and Mt Wellington from the front stairs were picturesque. When spoke with the property manager he was very Friendly and helpful, I was super grateful the room was ready for us and we were able to check in a little early. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
It was manageable but the drive way and parking was very tight and I was a little nervous in my hire car coming in and out of the property.

Lux cottage with all the finishing touches.
Fabulous location in the heart of Battery Point - just 5 min walk to Salamanca. Great eateries right on your doorstep; FYI do reserve a table for Friday and Saturday at any of the local restaurants.

Location is great. Such lovely walking in the area and the way to get down into Salamanca and the docks. Felt very safe walking at night, too. Shower was excellent, plenty of hot water with amazing water pressure.
The kitchen rubbish bin was full when we arrived, bread board had mould growing on it, the tea bags had been wet, the bed was really small and the mattress sagged towards the middle. The worst was the couch- it was like climbing into a cot, never seen such an uncomfortable design. Neither of us could get comfortable on it, and there was only one armchair (which we fought over).
