Very friendly helpful and nice hosts! In the middle of the Toskana mountains. For people who love the nature, calmness and the green of the Toskana woods this place is perfect far away from the tourist hotspots of the Toskana. Also very good for sport lovers (hiking, mountain biking, trail running). Accomodation is very clean, big, with completely equipted kitchen, ready to cook (fridge, gas Cooking, Kaffe maschin, etc). Accomodation is in the middle of the green fields - perfect for a self made breakfast in the garden! Shopping center is nearby by car (5 minutes). Cave: you need a car to reach this place! A nice, quiet, and peaceful place a bit away from the main attractions of Tuscany. The apartment is located in a small village with only a few houses. You will not find restaurants, shops, etc. here, but you will get peace, quiet, and a beautiful view of the castle in the nearby town (Arcidosso). However, you can quickly reach civilization, supermarkets, etc., which are about 2 km away. A good base for visiting many attractions in Tuscany. However, you need a car and you can reach Val d'Orcia, Pienza, and Montepulciano, or the hot springs in Saturnia or Bagni San Filippo in about 1 hour. The apartment is very clean and quite well equipped - kitchen appliances, pressure coffee maker, microwave, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom etc. The garden in front of the house was covered with fresh green grass and looked much better than in the pictures. You can relax there and sunbathe while admiring the beautiful view. Breakfast was a nice addition, but please remember that it is an Italian type of breakfast - coffee or tea + a sweet snack. Nico is a very nice host and speaks some English. He responded quickly to all messages and tries hard to make his guests happy.

I was very happy with my stay, and I can't complain. The place has great potential, but there are a few things that could be improved: - no WiFi access - it is mentioned in the description of the apartment, but these days it is quite surprising (there is a visible network and Nico gave me the password, but I was unable to connect to it). However, there is good coverage, and the internet on my phone worked well. - breakfast, as I mentioned is just a snack, we got 2 liters of milk for coffee, and if they added some cornflakes or muesli, it would be a good improvement
