In der Ausstattung fehlt eine Kochplatte und ein Topf und Pfanne . Wir waren gezwungen jeden Abend Essen zu gehen . Wir konnten nicht mal ein Frühstücksei kochen .

Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Lemmer, der Ortskern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar, also top Lage! Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und kümmern sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste! Wir hatten App.8 mit Balkon und direktem Meerblick! Die Betten sind sehr gut und man konnte somit gut Schlafen. Es gibt alles um ein Frühstück her zu richten. Handtücher zum Wechseln lagen bereit. Parkplatz direkt am Ferienhaus.
Bei Hitze und Sonnenschein wird es recht warm im Zimmer, auf dem Balkon wäre es schön einen Sonnenschutz zu haben (Schirm o. Segel). Leider auch keine Möglichkeit nasse Badesachen und Handtücher zu trocknen evtl. ein Wäscheständer würde helfen. Auch führt eine relativ steile Treppe ins 1.OG, sollte bedacht werden für Menschen denen dies schwerfällt.

Acceptable rooms with a good bathroom and more space than a lot of places
Very poor communication with repeated requests for money and passport information and no response to my request for info on how to access the property. It would have been ok if they had made clear that the information was going to come but not even that reassurance. Eventually got the info 30min before arriving
