De locatie. Prima wandel afstand tot centrum.
Dat er naast ons een bouwplaats was. Maar goed, overdag waren we toch weg.

Der Platz an der Sonne morgens auf dem Balkon war unschlagbar. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend und in der Wohnung stand ein netter Willkommensgruß.
Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, wurde in der Anzeige erwähnt, sodass wir wussten, worauf wir uns einlassen: Baustelle, Treppen, kein Backofen

Ruhige zentrale Lage, gut erreichbar mit ÖPNV, hell, gute Raumaufteilung
Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft ziemlich kalt, ist relativ hellhörig zum Treppenhaus und zur Nachbarwohnung, Tauben

Es ist ein schönes kleines Apartment. Die Ausstattung war schön und geschmackvoll. Es war liebevoll dekoriert und es waren kleine Aufmerksamkeit vorbereitet. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Mit der alten Dame aus dem Erdgeschoss hatten wir noch ein sehr nettes Gespräch. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus der selben Stadt wie mein Mann. Die Buchung und alles weitere war absolut problemlos.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
