Perfect for family with large numbers
Loved the place very spacious and clean perfectly suitable for families with large number. And great location everything available in walking distance.
In summertime it gets a little bit warm, so the lack of air condition is a little challenge for those who are used to relatively cold.

Superb
The apartment is located on the old railwaystation building. You can see the old train 'Molli' out the window. The apartment is very spacious.

Wonderful location for the trains, a spacious apartment which was a nice home for a few days
The location was great for the mainline and Molli trains, and the apartment (Molliblick 4) was very spacious - I even had a choice of two bedrooms and there was yet another bed in the lounge. The kitchen was also large and well-equipped. It was a comfortable place to be based for sightseeing in Bad Doberan and a strangely enjoyable feeling of having rented a large part of a railway station to live in for a few days.
There were some oddities - a cupboard in which to keep the hoover (on the floor in the kitchen corner) and clothes drying rack (in one of the bedrooms) would have been nice, and the bed linen and duvet seemed a bit on the basic side. I also felt that whilst the opaque covering on some of the the windows was nicely done, it also limited the view e.g. from the kitchen. Net curtains would give an option of privacy whilst not obscuring the view outside. This could and should be a wonderful boutique accommodation, it would only take a trip to Ikea to turn it into a much more homely feeling place ;)

Die Lage ist wirklich super, man kommt von dort überall hin, alles in Bad Doberan selber gut fußläufig
Die Wohnung hat an sich alles was man benötigt, ist allerdings nicht wirklich heimelig eingerichtet. Zu nüchtern, es sind ja sehr große Räume.

Die Lage war optimal. Direkt im Bahnhofsbereich wie gewünscht. Konnten von der Balkonterrasse den Zugbetrieb verfolgen. Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war optimal.

Schöner Ausblick, große Wohnung leider ließ der Komfort etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Selbstversorger. Die Lage ist super. Das aller nötigste war da. Musste noch einiges kaufen. Der Blick auf die Molli ist grandios.
Die ganze Zeit kein warmes Wasser. Duschen war deswegen nicht möglich. Zähne putzen Haare waschen, waschen dadurch ein graus. Wir waren die einzigen Touristen im Gebäude. Die anderen Wohnungen waren mit Saisonarbeiter belegt. Das eine Bett völlig durchgelegen, das andere Bett viel zu harte Matratzen. 2 Wespennester verhinderten das regelmäßige Lüften. 1x Badezimmerfenster, 1x Balkon

Interessante Lage, aber verbesserungswürdig
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für alle die Züge mögen. Man ist mitten im Geschehen. Die Räume mit den hohen Decken und den sichtbaren Balken (Wohnung 5) im Obergeschoss machen Eindruck.
Die Wohnung ist spartanisch und sparsam eingerichtet (O-Ton Sohn: "Klassenfahrtmöbel). Manches ist wenig durchdacht und unpraktisch. So ist die Beleuchtung spärlich und im Bad gibt es nur wenige Haken. Zu fünft weiß man nicht wohin mit Handtüchern und Waschtaschen. Die Spülmaschine war defekt und Ameisen in der Küche - wir haben das dem Vermieter gemeldet. Er sagte zu, die Probleme zu beseitigen. Bei dem vergleichsweise hohen Preis sollten eigentlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher enthalten sein. Wir haben sie im Zug bis vor Ort geschleppt....
