About this apartment rental
HARBOUR TOWER 316 offers beautiful Gulf views from the 3rd floor screened-in, balcony of this Sanibel Harbour, Florida vacation rental. With a palate of neutral, cranberry, dark yellow and green tones this vacation rental offers a simple yet enjoyable vacation rental experience. The outdoor views can't be beat, overlooking the sparkling waters of the San Carlos Bay as they flow to the Gulf of Mexico; keep your eye out for the dolphins as they play. Manatee can also be seen from your balcony. Our condos come with fully equipped Kitchens to make cooking your meals easy. There is an TV in the living room, and both bedrooms, along with WIFI throughout. Enjoy a meal on your furnished balcony while taking in the beautiful sunset! You'll find a King bed in the primary bedroom, and two twins in the guest bedroom. Walk-in closet and separate soaking tub in the master bath. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 people.
Neighborhood: Enjoy a meal at one of the Marriott Restaurants while staying in the Harbour Tower. A coffee shop in the lobby, or the Steakhouse near the Spa might suit your fancy. There is also a walking trail to explore if you wish to walk outdoors.
Getting Around: We suggest having a car if you plan to spend a number of days enjoying the area beaches and shops. If only here for a short visit, a car is not needed with the restaurants next door to explore.

We love the Sanibel Harbour Resort. We have been traveling here for many years! We enjoy the beautiful views, our walks, the environment, the private beach, and the beautiful sunset every night. Very family oriented and friendly staff keep us coming back. Our specific unit was super clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We will be back!

We enjoyed a week of exploring the Fort Myers area and Sanibel, and this condo was basic but comfortable and well-located. The little stretch of beach was perfect for my 5-year-old grandson--might have been nice to have a kiddie pool, but the weather was a little cold for swimming, and we didn't see many families with kids. It's great to have the Marriott resort next by, since they have nice walkways and for a fee you can access their spa, fitness center, and tennis (clay!) and pickleball courts, which were mostly empty when we were there. I recommend Ninka for pickleball lessons!

The unit could use more than 6 coffee mugs. Also, found a cabinet above sink broken and beyond repair. We did put a post it on it. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience, thank you.
