Le Rondini della Pietrasanta

I cannot rate this as when I arrived I was told it was unavailable outside the door and they had arranged other accommodation. They were apologetic but indud not get the birthday holiday I had booke.

The accommodation I was given was literally on the same block. However while it was larger, it had no balcony, no window and steep internal stairs to a mezzanine bed and bathroom. It was very dark and i had specifically wanted a balcony and window as i needed the light for my health. I explained the problem but was not moved again and. Booking.com customer services were no help too.

The flat is conveniently located just in the city centre. Nontheless, it's very calm and quiet. It's a lovely, very well-furnished and beautifully decorated apartment. The hostess met us personally, gave all the necessary information plus some extra tips for some not well-known tourist attractions. She is a very nice person who enjoys meeting people - quite exceptional nowadays, when the majority of Air BnB appartments are operated by big companies. Excellent and personal experience.

Great apartment, excellent location, quiet and comfortable. The only problem is that it takes time for the room to get warm, and there is no way to control the heating. Other than that, perfect!

Its absolute gem location wise, right in the old historic quater, with all amazing places and museums available in a walking distance. Lady owner is helpful and provided us with valuable information. Room was spotless and elegant.

Please note that you will share entrance to the apartment with the lady owner who lives basically in room beside room she is renting. This is not clearly outlined in description and we were not aware of it. Breakfast is not avaialble as advertised. We only received few biscuits and one croissant with some juice and joghurt for full 5 nights stay. I presume this was welcome pack only. Shower was blocked and I was only taking short showers to not overflow it. I decided not to raise this issue, as owner was clearly upset when I asked her for milk and fresher coffee earlier.
