La limpieza, fácil de aparcar, desayuno variado y la facilidad para el acceso. Ademas esta relativamente cerca de bares para cenar y del comienzo del camino. Por ultimo, ofrece merchandising para los peregrinos.
No esta preparado para días de calor. No es demasiado caluroso pero un ventilador portátil mejoraría las condiciones.
