Дуже привітні господарі йдуть на зустріч з поселення, гарна локація біля річки, на території гойдалка, альтанка. Господиня готує смачні вечері. Можна замовити катання на квадроциклі.
Як на покращення то замінити сходи на 2 поверх, дуже круті і з дитиною йти страшно.

Хороше розташування, неподалік від підйомнику та водоспаду
На території для 4-х кімнат є лише одна бесідка. За весь час проживання так і не вдалося вечером посидіти вечером в бесідці та посмажити шашлик, так як весь час все було зайнято, бо розраховано лише на одну кімнату.

Класне розташування, водоспад поруч, гостинні власники будинку
Відсутність глибоких тарілок (якщо немає кухні, то можна, окрім мілких тарілок, залишити і глибокі для зручності гостей, бо не завжди є можливість замовляти їжу у власників)

Загалом позитивно. Правда незручність була така що не було цілодобово доступу до чистої питної води. А той об'єм води який власник приносив для пиття у 5літровому відрі, був недостатній для того щоб забезпечити активний гірський туризм. Доводилося нагадувати про це. Також тиск води в душі був слабкий. Ну і вода часто була прохолодна, хоча тут мушу сказати що в кінцевому рахунку це мало позитивний ефект (додало бадьорості).
