About this house rental
Come enjoy all that Ketchum and Sun Valley have to offer in this private and spacious townhome. This multi-level floor plan gives families or larger groups plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy. You’ll enjoy views of Bald Mountain and plenty of natural sunlight. 0.6 miles from the center of downtown Ketchum so you’re within easy walking distance of local restaurants and main street.
This private mountain retreat offers close proximity to our local bike path, winter skiing and Sun Valley Resort. In the winter, the bike path becomes one of our local Nordic trails and also provides quick access to the ski lifts at the base of River Run on Bald Mountain.
Townhome has a fully stocked kitchen with dining room table, private hot tub, heated 2 car garage & radiant heated floors throughout the condo.

The rental worked perfectly for our family of 5 with a very comfortable and relaxing great room/kitchen for some quality family time (with an incredible view). Proximity to town and skiing couldn’t be more ideal with both walkable from the home. Additionally the management group did everything possible to make sure our stay was what we were looking for which is very different than what we typically experience. Five stars!

A short drive to the River Run Base ... could also have walked there ... with ability to check skis and boots at the River Run Base, no need to carry ski equipment back and forth to condo.
Good condo layout ... every bedroom had privacy .. be prepared for multiple levels and stairs.
Well equipped kitchen ... even had a cuisinart.
Private hot tub a plus.
Property manager was easily accessible in person, by phone or by text.
Garage was too tight for two cars ... better with only one car. Exterior parking space for our second car.
A short drive or a bit longer walk to downtown Ketchum amenities.
