Mieszkanie Classa - ACCO RENT

Very cozy and tidy flat, all the supplies needed, starting with plates and even hairdryer! Did not have to worry about dishwasher tablets or towels :)

Getting into the flat was quite difficult: after a long 8-hour journey with the baby, we were left outside standing and waiting for someone to come with the keys for more than 3 hours, even though the responsible person was informed a long time ago. It was a little inconvenient to get in touch with someone who is responsible because 2 people were using the same phone and both of them had different excuses. Leaving the flat was also complicated: in the morning we were trying to reach someone for about an hour in order to leave the keys. After some more time, we received a message from a completely different phone number asking when we want to leave. Finally, the gentleman ('colleague', or, as he named himself - a 'president') that came to collect the keys was super rude and impolite by raising his voice and showing no respect without any reason.
