In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Location was great, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of pots.and pans; however noncan opener, making it challenging to open cans. The sofa was full of sand upon our arrival, had to vaccuum it off. It woukd be nice for keyless entry, we had tondrive to Hatteras to drop off the keys before our 7 hour drive home. I was unaware of the realty company and their locationupon booking since doing so through VRBO.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. We found the rental very clean. The views were amazing. The only complaint is the mattresses especially the one off by the screened porch needs replacing.

The size and location of this house was perfect for my little family. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was just beautiful allowing a view of both sunrise and sunset. It was very quiet tucked away and absolutely on top of the sound side water. Water access for kayak and SUP was literally steps outside. And just a short drive to our favorite ocean side beach. This house had a lot to offer and was affordable, allowing vacation during tough times.
