"Lovely location opposite the Stagnone islands, with sunset view ! Incredibly sweet and attentive staff, Cristina was wonderful with us, and her daily cake baking made for a very happy start of the day..."

Posto meraviglioso, posizione ottima.

The place was nice, had beautiful views from the balcony
Staff were not friendly, we had to use a lighter to start teh gas hob in our kitchen and the one supplied in the room wasn't working. Went to the restaurant as all that was open and the lady asked my room thinking I was there for breakfast and I said I needed a new lighter and she put her hand up and said 'wait'. Eventually came to me. The noise in the room from other rooms was horrible, sound of water and talking from adjacent rooms was crazy. Also no one around in reception till after 9 if you need anything.
