Die Lage ist gut. Es hat alles funktioniert. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wenn auch nicht modern

Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt, bei genauerer Inspektion staubig und teils schmutzig. Im Eingangsbereich stank es sehr modrig, ebenso der ältliche Staubsauger. Die Küche ist altmodisch, insb. Töpfe/Pfannen machten keinen sauberen Eindruck. Die Wohnung erscheint renovierungsbedürftig, da "abgewohnt"
