Nice condo, excellent location and pool. Condo was well stocked. Only drawback was small hot water heater, only enough for 2 hot showers.

Three days before our arrival at the original place that we were supposed to stay, the property manager informed us that the condo’s balconies would be under repair. We would not be able to use the balconies and we would need to close the blinds for privacy. We found this unacceptable and they found us a great substitute place at no extra charge. We will be planning to rent that place again. Although the situation made us a little nervous, the property manager resolved it with flying colors.

Clean, older property. Well kept, quiet. Nice pool. Short walk to the beach. I wish listing had mentioned the bedrooms were on a second floor, up a flight of stairs since I am recovering from knee replacement.

The location was great! The proximity to the ocean was great. The property has a lot of older people living there so there are a lot of rules to follow. But everyone was nice. The washer dryer being a coin laundry was the biggest inconvenience and is the main reason we won’t choose to stay here again. It was a great trip, so if laundry isn’t a necessity I would highly recommend it!
