Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway! This spacious and comfortable 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is ideally located near the front gate of Bent Tree, a premier 3,500-acre gated mountain community in Jasper, GA. With three levels of living space, expansive decks and porches, and access to resort-style amenities, this property is ideal for family reunions, golf weekends, corporate retreats, or peaceful and quiet escapes into nature.
The Home
Great for relaxation and entertainment, this home offers plenty of room for everyone to gather — or spread out for privacy.
Main Floor:
A bright, welcoming space with a living room, formal dining room, great room, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast nook — perfect for group meals and cozy evenings in. A very large primary bedroom with a full bathroom and large tub. A half bath and a laundry room.
Terrace Level:
Features a spacious great room with a fireplace and a pool table, a separate "card room", and a coffee bar, making it a great spot for game nights or winding down after a day of exploring.
There are two bedrooms downstairs and a bathroom to share.
Upstairs:
A very large room with several twin beds (perfect for little kids to sleep in, or push the twin beds together for a king sized bed for adults!), or use as a playroom. A jack and jill bathroom attaches the large room to a separate bedroom.
A 3rd bedroom with its on en-suite is also on the upstairs level.
Outdoor Spaces:
Rocking-chair front porch for morning coffee
Private screened porch for quiet relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home! The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable and stress-free visit. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of the most memorable parts of our trip was getting to see the local wildlife—we spotted deer several times and even saw a bear! The area is peaceful and scenic, but also very convenient to nearby grocery stores and fun local attractions.We also really enjoyed using the golf carts to explore the area and take in the stunning views. This home had everything we were looking for and more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We were in Bent Tree for a family reunion of approximately 50 people. We rented three houses in addition to my sister’s house also in Bent Tree where we all gathered during the day. This house was perfect. It was “spacious and comfortable”! The house was very well appointed and clean. Laura was very pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all. Thanks so much. We will be sure to reach out in the future should the occasion arise.

We came into town for my daughters wedding. We had never been to this part of Georgia and had my entire family in one house(13 people) with a mix of grandparents, aunts and uncles to teenagers! It was beautiful. The owners had everything very organized and were so accommodating! We had the best time and we’re sad to leave. To be able to please so many people in one house was amazing! So much to see and do. It was a perfect trip and will definitely be back to Bent Tree and 78 Duffer drive!
