Big room. Comfortable bed. Warm shower.

Road noise from main road. Motor bikes seemed to do some racing during the night. Window didn’t shield the noise well. AC wasn’t strong. Reported to reception, they wanted to look into that. Only stayed one night. Cannot confirm maintenance.

Showing flourishing signs of rejuvenation, this city has one of the best preserved and restored historic centres in Indonesia, with charming streets, colourful neighborhoods, secret alleyways, flower markets, lush gardens and parks, perfect climate and gracious people. With its harmonious blend of multi- culturalism, multi- faiths and multi- backgrounds, the melting pot of Semarang is a true microcosm of Indonesia as a whole, from ancient temples, to ancient churches, monumental museums, all the way to modern-day Middle Eastern-Javanese mosques, showing that the assortment of religious places, are as striking as they are different, and the fact that they all exist in the same city is a true testament to the acceptance, harmony and appreciation for diversity of Semarang. Good location friendly staff clean rooms.

Sound insulation required as long all noice from main road coming inside room almost impossible sleep properly. Internet speed low.
