1) The unit itself provide exclusivity
2) The scenery offered is spectacular
3) All completed facility
1) I got a problem to hook and connected to WIFI - but not really a big deal for our family
2) Need to fix the main door as due to windy condition, the door accidentally open by itself
3) The entrant road to the property need to be paved - this is the only major set back i think , bearable for me using SUVs, but for normal cars it is indeed a concern.

They mopping the floor few minutes before guest enter, all the floor was wet and it make us so dizzy with the smell.

What I liked about this homestay was the morning view of Mount Kinabalu. The homestay is also very spacious and large.
The only thing that disappointed me during my stay at this homestay was the water issue. The water supply was not sufficient, and I’ve stayed here several times — the problem still persists.

Great location, not as nice as Cantina though. The outdoor area was nice, the indoor furnishing could be better.
The kitchen was a bit run down, especially the sink area. We’re a gourmet foodie, so kitchen is very important to us.
