    We were really excited to stay here but everything was just a bit disappointing. From the moment we booked, we were asked for more money for things our booking said were included and when I spoke to them, they said it was clearly advertised on the website. When I sent screenshots showing this wasn’t the case, they stopped replying. The place is nice, but it’s quite out of town and the cleanliness wasn’t brilliant - both my partner and I became really itchy after getting out of the pool for some reason, and the pool wasn’t cleaned at all whilst we were there. Sadly, the whole place just didn’t live up to how much we had paid!
