La Rimbecca Greve in Chianti

The location of La Rimbecca is quiet, beautiful, and very convenient to the towns in the Greve area. The countryside property has the best views of the Tuscan hills. We used the beautiful pool daily and there is a convenient small bar for drinks. The owners are friendly, helpful, and very attentive to guest needs. Getting here was very easy, though the roads are very rugged so be prepared for 'off roading' - it is just part of the charm. There is proper AC in each room that works great, even during the heatwave of the summer. The rooms are cleaned daily and the rooms, common spaces, and outdoor areas are clean and very nice. Breakfast was tremendous - homemade torta, eggs from the chickens that roam the property, cheese, meat, the best cappuccinos! Great for families and children too. We would certainly return again.

Wonderful location in the Tuscan hills. The property was gorgeous and a very relaxed setting. The breakfasts were a highlight (delicious!). A great country escape.

The shower was rather dark and the shower was like a jet (not very effective).

This is a wonderful property with extraordinary hosts David & Valentina. We immensly enjoyed our sray and greatly appreciated efforts of David & Valentina to keep everything in a perfect shape. As a results, our 5-day stay at La Rimbecca was extremely pleasant and relaxed.
