About this apartment rental
Nice and comfortable apartment in a very popular residence of Guadeloupe in Creole style. The residence is located at the seaside with private access to the beach. Two double bedrooms, air conditioned with each bathroom, a large living room with covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen. The total area is 100m2. A large pool and also a swimming pool for children, perfectly secure are part of the residence Marisol. The residence Marisol (former hotel) is one of the most beautiful residences of Guadeloupe located at the edge of the sea. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. All access to the residence is well secured, a parking space in the residence is reserved for the apartment .. The apartment is fully equipped, bathroom linen, sheets and beach towels are provided.

Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé.
Il ne manque que la cafetière filtre.
L'appartement n'est peut-être pas à côté de la plage et de la piscine mais il faut à peine 2 minutes pour s'y rendre.
La résidence est idéalement située sur l'ile pour optimiser les visites et est très calme.
La résidence ne subit pas de coupures d'eau comme ça pourrait être le cas dans d'autres logements sur l'ile.
Le propriétaire répond aux mails très rapidement
Mario qui fait l'accueil et la sortie du logement est très sympathique et est aussi disponible en cas de pépins.
Nous avons passé un super séjour (couple avec une ado de 16 ans)

L'appartement correspond au descriptif, il est agréable, spacieux et bien équipé.
Le seul bémol c'est son emplacement dans la résidence. L'appartement est dans l'immeuble situé au bord de la route (à l'opposé de la plage). Les fenêtres d'une chambre et de la cuisine donnent sur la route donc appartement assez bruyant. Pas de vue mer ni piscine.
Grande surface à proximité et situation centrale permettant de visiter l'île en évitant les bouchons!
Très bon accueil de Mario à notre arrivée.

We had a fabulous stay in our condo for 11 nights. Very clean, comfortable and spacious, particularly enjoyed the patio , eating all of our meals with the lovely breeze and tree frogs serenading us. Great location, quite easy to access all of the main attractions, zoo, aquarium and beaches etc. Pool was closed for first week but when opened was a welcome attraction. The only suggestions that we have would be to have a welcome binder, with emergency info, nearby grocery stores and perhaps a much more detailed map showing explicit directions to and from the airport as we found this area a bit lacking. Overall we had a wonderful stay there and appreciated the security and private beach. One more note, our favourite beach was The Raisins Clairea at St Francios
