About this house rental
This fabulously presented Phillip Island beach house, a stones throw away from Cowes' famous front beach and its main street of shops and eateries.
The comfortable lounge room is nicely complimented with a digital TV.
The outdoor area is accompanied with plenty of seating to accommodate a large number of guests with a Webber BBQ sure to leave tongues wagging, alongside the entertaining area of the garden.
The 2 well presented bedrooms can cater for up to 5 guests with a queen size, triple bunk complimenting the properties comfortability.
The bathroom and toilet have been newly renovated with a large walk in shower. *the property has been freshly painted late August 2025,
The property is also pet friendly, so you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend along.
For those who want to keep fit whilst away, Cowes' local football oval, gym, tennis courts and walking tracks are all within close proximity to the property.
Parking available on the property, plus plenty of spaces available on Chapel St. An Evie Plugshare station is 400m for guests that need a charging station for their car.
This really is a lovely home, in a great location, that is perfect for your next holiday or weekend getaway!

Perfect size for a couple with 2 small dogs. Very comfortable. Kitchen, shower and toilet pretty clean. Lounge and dining neat but could do with a good dust and vacuum under tv cabinet and around skirting boards throughout. Very quiet and easy walk to shops. Very centrally located.

Great location for a family dog in Cowes! Very central location to shops beaches! The only downside was when we arrived, there were used towels and sheets on beds. We were told it is BYO for linen & towels and to leave the house as you found it. Therefore, it appears that the cleanliness is very much up to the guests before you. Luckily, aside from the laundry, the house was relatively clean. I would suggest more explicit instructions (especially around cleaning up linen if you use them as I am guessing from also reading prior reviews that not all people do this). We washed the sheets & towels and put them away so that hopefully the guests after us do not have this issue but can only hope that others after us will do the same..

When we arrived the key safe was simply an open shell. We were fortunate that a neighbour could point us to the tourist info place in the Library. A helpful lady contacted Stayz emergency number and via a helpful guy there we were able to speak directly to the owner ( prior to that we simply had a leave a mesage and I'll get back - but didnt) Owner contacted the cleaners , and said they would wait for us at the house BUT by the time we returned to the property the keysafe was intact with the key in it - but no sign of the cleaner, so we could access( finally and some 11/2 - 2 hours later) . Owner did eventually apologise saying she had spoken to the cleaner etc etc BUT we have never had a proper explanation of what happened and why we were subjected to the difficulties at check in which we still believe we are owed.
