La proprietaria è una persona fantastica. Ha fatto di tutto fin da subito per metterci a nostro agio: dalle indicazioni all'arrivo, fino ai consigli su come vivere al meglio l'isola. Villetta con più unità indipendenti con cucina attrezzata. Ci è piaciuto molto il terrazzino e il giardino, che abbiamo sfruttato per cenare all'aperto e fare aperitivo immersi nel verde con una vista mozzafiato. Si può raggiungere una spiaggia a pochi minuti a piedi.
Per raggiungere il centro di Capoliveri è necessario muoversi in auto.

Die Lage ist super, fußläufig zu Capoliveri (wenn auch steiler Aufstieg, aber sehr gut machbar), toller Ausblick vom Balkon über das Meer und Montecristo, ruhig gelegen. Die Gastgeberin Marialaura ist herzlich und sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber mit dem Nötigsten und typisch für italienische Ferienwohnungen eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Uns hat soweit nichts gefehlt.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Husten, jede Toilettenspülung auch aus der Nachbarwohnung, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

All property persons were very nice and friendly. Location was beautyfull and clean.
The word „House“ and „Villa“ was missleading. We expected a House for our own, but we got one of two flats on the same flor.
