Elibol Hotel Old City

Rooms clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Housekeeping was done daily, with fresh linens and towels always provided. Also our room was with the balcony, where we have enjoyed the view of the city. I didn't take a photo of the room, but it completely matches the photos on Booking.com. Location perfectly situated near the historic center. Major attractions like the Süleymaniye Mosque and Grand Bazaar are within walking distance, and public transport is easily accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions and gave great recommendations for places to visit. Especially thanks to Sveta and Julya. They have shined like a stars.

Sometimes WiFi signal was weak in the room.

Bed sheets not nice (clean but not what I expect to sleep with). No kettle in room, we had to ask one (they gave it directly though) also had to ask for cups. Breakfast not as varied as in photos, unfortunately, and hot food not kept hot... No chocolate spread, no butter, no Simit (biggest problem, are we in Türkiye?). Only one choice of salami ( and not the best one) You can ask the lady to make you omelette though. Had we known, we would have booked a room without breakfast and have breakfast outside.
