Die Unterkunft war ruhig , sauber und super Kinder freundlich. Toll war auch der Wellness Bereich

Wir hatten eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung von dem kleinen Kiosk neben dem Dune , das würstschen was sie da verkaufen war nicht gut. Das hat aber persönlich mit dem Hotel nichts zutun , es ist immer sauber , es wird immer geholfen und alle waren höflich

Apartament mógł być bardziej czysty oraz zawierać więcej garnków, patelni i sztućców. Pościel była trochę zużyta i wymaga wymiany.

They were expecting us, and therefore had everything ready. Speedy and efficient.

Great touch (bottle of wine and roses left on the table - the place is expensive, hence a few 9's but not for the quality which is very good, IMO. Whatever issue, an additional space for the second vehicle for few days, an extra key request or FOB replacement for the gate, all were addressed immediately - so kudos to administrators and big thanks for the great care.

Couple of simple things: * Slippery (very) bathroom floor on exit from the shower and coinciding lack of a sturdy handle to clutch onto in case of a fall - I was not the only one who noticed it. The remedy: we spread a towel on the floor to create some traction under wet feet. * Lack of wall hangers for towels and such (bathrobe, for instance) in the bathroom - strange issue, I know but still, you do want to hang your bathroom stuff somewhere, yes? * The laundry washer/drier should be mounted/immobilized as the appliance literally traveled around the space while working. This one was quite funny, actually. We brought all these small points to the attention of our hosts. Keep in mind: none of these issues is - well unless you are inattentive and break your back while getting out of the shower, I suppose, but with the few remedies that we put in place, everything was handled easily.
