Pretty interior, but no curtains

Very pretty interior with a private kitchen.

No curtains. Strange location for the wardrobe (between the main door and room door), no clothes hanger. The city had very polluted air.

Outworn room with cockroaches

It was rather cheap. Possibility to park car next to the building and host met me in the evening (~20:00). Bathroom was fine.

I do not recommend to stay here. Communication in English with host is really hard, basically impossible as she does not speak the language and only tries to speak Polish with me, even it is clear I do not speak Polish. Reading other reviews it seems that it really depends in which apartment you stay. Some seems better. I stayed in the apartment which is ground/ -0 floor. Room had some strange smell (not sure if from smokers or just basement level smell). In pictures it seemed way better and it seems I got even other room than I saw when booking. Cleanliness in very low. Everything is very used or broken. Bed linen is very used and as well had very strong smell, and did not seem too clean (I assume it could be because of the fact they store the blankets and bad linens under the beds in the same room). All that I could kinda accept for 23 eur. But the thing I could not accept anywhere is bugs and here it was cockroaches! I saw at least two. As it was already very late evening and host does not speak English, I did not ask to change the room in the night and I was already super tired and stressed. But no need to say that after seeing cockroaches I basically did not sleep at all and I left very early in the morning, as I did not want to stay there any longer. I wrote to host about the bugs in the morning, she asked only for pictures, I send them and that's it - it has been more then week now, but host has not replied to me anything - no apologies, no suggestion to solve this unpleasant situation. Customer service and hospitality is totally missing for this place.

polecam komfortowe i czyste mieszkanko

Wrócilismy do ZACISZA gdyż cenimy komfort, czystość oraz bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Parking widoczny z okna, wygodne łóżko, aneks kuchenny wyposażony. Pokój bodajże z tarasem tym razem nas ugościł. Wrócimy na pewno.

w chłodniejsze dni przydała by się farelka na wyposażeniu pokoju gdyż wtedy nie było jej a noc za oknem zimna była.

Pobyt oceniam na bardzo udany.

Apartament okazał się najlepszym wyborem w tym zakresie cenowym. Pobyt pozwolił nam w pełni naładować baterie. Dużym atutem była życzliwość gospodyni, która umożliwiła nam pozostawienie bagaży w apartamencie mimo późniejszej godziny zameldowania.

Dałbym ocenę 10, gdyby pościel i ręczniki były prane w środkach o nieco lepszej jakości, a pilot do telewizora działał bez zarzutu.

Dobrze byłoby spać w miejscu w którym jest się pewnym że była zmeniana pościel i kołdra

Pościel śmierdząca papierosami. Kołdra śmierdzącą papierosami. Ręczniki śmierdzące papierosami, Prysznic bez jednych drzwi do zamykania. KAWAŁKI SZKŁA POD PRYSZNICEM. To akurat przegięcie, nie wydaje mi się żeby ktokolwiek ten prysznic choćby przetarł. Wyciągnąłem ze stopy jeden a resztę położyłem na umywalce do zdjęcia. Brudne talerze w szafce

Zadowolony klient

Pokój wyposażony we wszystkie wygody: łazienka, suszarka, lodówka, czajnik, mikrofalowka, kablówka, wygodne łóżko z pachnącą pościelą, a gdy czegoś zabrakło pani właścicielka: bardzo urocza pani po 40 i czerwonych koralach sprawnie uzupełniała braki. Apartament zacisze był bardzo dobrym wyborem i napewno chętnie będę tam wracał przy okazji wyjazdu do Koszalina.

Apartament mini to niemal wszystko czego potrzeba będąc w trasie, w dobrej cenie.

Ogólne wrażenia są dobre, mimo małego gabarytu jest niemal wszystko czego trzeba. Łatwy odbiór kluczy o dogodnej porze, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, dostęp do mini kuchenki elektrycznej i lodówki, miejsca parkingowe, dobra cena.

Słuchawka prysznicowa uszkodzona i nie wymieniana, trudno nie zalać łazienki, miejscami nie do końca czysto(kapa, poduszki ozdobne). Suszarka do włosów raz jest, raz nie. Brak szpatułki do patelni i ściereczki do wytarcia naczyń.

Jeden jedyny minus to materac, który nadaje się do wymiany.
