民宿地理位置優越，鄰近清境農場，且座落於台14甲線旁，交通往來相當便利。整體建築與室內裝潢充滿歐式風格，營造出舒適且富有特色的住宿氛圍。此外，民宿設有觀景平台，讓旅客能夠遠眺壯麗的高山景致，欣賞清境地區迷人的自然風光。以住宿品質與景觀條件而言，價格合理且具備相當不錯的CP值。
不確定是否與近期裝修工程有關，住宿期間室內不時飄散著類似焦油的氣味。由於房間採中央空調控溫，無法自行調整或關閉空調，因此房內也持續存在相同的味道，對住宿舒適度多少造成一些影響。
