Grantham House

Grantham House is in an excellent location for all the facilities and the beach in Ryde. Chris was welcoming, friendly and discreet. Large and comfy rooms. Not en-suite but a huge bathroom with a bath and great shower. Would happily recommend

Nothing really. Nothing anyone could do about the heatwave and 35C temperatures :(

The property was lovely, and Chris was an amazing host. The shared bathroom facilities were well equipped, and the overall cleanliness of the property was great. The property was close to the local buses, which gave us access to the island and super close to the pier to get the ferry back to the mainland. Would highly recommend.

There wasn't anything about the property that we didn't like.

Breakfast was excellent just what we wanted. Chris the host was very accommodating definitely would go back .

Location was perfect. Chris, the host, was very accommodating and reactive to our requests. I think most of the positive comments for this property however have been for the rooms upstairs.

We paid more than we usually would for a basic two bed accommodation as we booked very last minute. It felt like we were staying in accommodation that was someone’s home rather than a holiday let. Many of the drawers and cupboards were full of owners things. Some of the furniture had been heavily clawed by cats, and other bits were very tired. The apartment could do with updating. There was a lot of foliage around the windows, as a result we had so many mosquitos in the rooms and felt we could t sleep with the windows open. The stairs to the garden were extremely narrow and the area leading to the garden was very damp.
