De locatie is fenomenaal! Fijn zwembad, met auto dicht bij IKEA, decathlon en Tetouan en het strand. Goed beveiligd, redders aan het zwembad, heel leuke animatie voor kinderen. Leuke wandeling tot supermarkt in alle rust. Restaurants en kleine winkels in de buurt. De eigenares in buitenland goed te bereiken. Ik zou hier graag willen terugkomen
Er ontbrak wat gerief in de keuken, pannen. …. Een stofzuiger of vuilblikje zou handig zijn.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est très calme, sécurisée et d’une propreté impeccable. La piscine est tout aussi propre et bien entretenue. La vue sur la montagne est à couper le souffle.
L’appartement est propre, pas de cafard Dieu merci ! Enfin on peut dormir au rez-de-chaussée en toute tranquillité.
Il faut juste prévoir un peu de produit ménager pour les visiteurs.
Mais dans l’ensemble on s’est vraiment amusé.
Un grand merci à l’hôte et à Monsieur Othmane qui a été très à l’écoute.
Petit bémol: les chaises du balcon avec vue sur piscine ne sont pas très stables, elles tombent facilement.

The guy in charge was very nice and he provided electric diffuser the next day for the mosquito issue. The place is nicely located especially if you have a car to move around.
We were there in May and the place we got was supposed to have a view on the pool: we had the view of an EMPTY pool. This was not specified upon booking. Also, as it wasn’t the summer season yet, the gardens were not sprayed which caused a big mosquitoes issue: we couldn’t sleep the first night.
