Studio Apartment Baltazar Zagreb centre

Spotless, clean apartment in the heart of the city, 50 m from the main Square. You cannot get a better location than this. Walkable distance to every places of interest, restaurants, and cafes within a few metres. Apartment is on the sixth floor and has an elevator. Response from the host was prompt. Highly recommended. If we are back in Zagreb we will stay here again.

No view. Inner courtyard view but who really cares when you are in such a prime location.

Fantastic location. Spacious apartment

A messaging system problem with Booking.com messaging. The check in instructions did not arrive in messaging by the time we arrived at the apartment. Problem fixed by contacting Booking.com and check in was easy.

Superb location! Modern - excellent amenities! Very clean. Close to so many dining options and tour pickups.

Good location opposite the flashy Hotel Dubrovnik. The apartment faced the inner void of the building so there was no view but it did mean it was quiet at night especially with the blockout external blinds. Beds comfy and there were some basics for cooking, condiments oil etc which was handy. They also supplied slippers and umbrellas which was handy as it rained heavily for two days! Still there are lots of museums to visit in Zagreb Also there was a lovely bottle of cherry liquor provided which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately communication was poor. Even though I provided my arrival time there was no one to meet us at the apartment. I had to call a couple of numbers and we had to wait about 10 minutes for Monica to arrive and let us in. I was unable to contact Monica to find out the details of the taxi she had arranged for our departure so we had to wait in the rain. She eventually replied half an hour later. It meant a fraught finalle to our visit. This is the only reason I have given a low score. Apartment good - welcome service poor.
