Great location, dissapointing quality.

Spacious apartment in a great location near bus and train stations, ideal for exploring Rügen without a car and not too far away from the beach.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was so worn, it sank in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. Gym and sauna are in cold uninviting basement rooms. The gym floor and yoga mat were very dusty. Sheets and towels cost extra, and ours had holes. Keys must be collected from another location, which is inconvenient with luggage.

Paying for the linen sets - we had to pay for the linen sets . Or to bring by ourselves. A little bit awkward, especially for the foreigners.. never Sawa that thing abroad ..

Very good

It is a very basic apartment for a short stay. We really liked that it is a short walk to the main street heading to the seaside. We were with 2 kids (5 and 8 y) so it took us up to 15 min to walk to the seaside. Many restaurants in the main street. Collecting the keys was easy - although we came after the office hours we got our keys from the lock box from the company taking care of the apartment (and which is around the corner. We also liked that there were coffee capsules left in the kitchen.

It is more like Airbnb rather the booking.com type of apartment - if you want to have bed sheets and towels - you have to pay extra (18 EUR/ per person). We were 4, so that adds additional amount to the whole rent amount. Also, pay attention that you have to pay deposit of EUR 100. No washing machine in the apartment. The pillows are way too old and outworn, should be replaced.

Room for improvement

Close to all the major activities/locations but apartment on a nice quiet location.

Impact of the Corona regulations on the facilities (sauna, fitness, grill all closed) was not clear when booking via booking.com. When u stay longer then a week the provided household stuff (Bin bag, toilet paper, soap etc) is not sufficiënt.

Kurzurlaub über Silvester

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ebenso die Sauna mit Ruheraum. Wir haben die Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt hatten aber ein nettes Telefonat und die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsseltresor war völlig unkompliziert und mit kleiner Überraschung. Auch in der Ferienwohnung wartete eine Überraschung auf uns. Wir können nichts negatives sagen wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Einfache funktionale Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und man ist in ein paar Minuten auf der Wilhelmstraße und beim Treppenbäcker. Wer es einfach und simple mag, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist funktional. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Abstellraum. Die Ausstattung der Küche einfach und ausreichend für Frühstück und Snacks. Die Betten sind bequem und Bad und Dusche gut. Für kurze Aufenthalte von 2-4 Tagen ist die Wohnung gut geeignet

Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal, gerade wenn mehrere SUVs parken. Leider ist das Haus hellhörig, so dass man jeden Gast, der ein und aus geht, hört. Es fehlt ein überdachter Fahrradabstellplatz. Viele haben hochwertige E-Bikes, die dann während des gesamten Urlaubs draußen stehen müssen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Für die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses und der Wohnung ist der Preis zu hoch. Leider waren die Fenster und insbesondere die Fensterrahmen innen wie außen verdreckt, Spinnweben, Dreck, etc.

Ab in den Strandkorb und die Seele baumeln lassen...

Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Appartementhaus dabei. Für jeden Gast gut sichtbar beschriftet. Der Eingangsbereich vorm Haus ist schon sehr einladend gestaltet mit Griller, Strandkorb und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und übersichtlich gestaltet und es ist alles da, was man braucht zum Wohlfühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Gegend(Auto). Die Seebrücke ist wunderschön zum Anschauen, der Südstrand hat uns persönlich besser befallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

Parkplätze zwar angeschrieben, aber nicht am Boden markiert, dadurch war manchmal das Parken etwas schwierig. Der Weg zum Südstrand bzw. Seebrücke ist weit und beschwerlich, es gibt aber den Shuttlezug.

Top Preis, sauber, gemütlich – sogar mit wildem Kind stressfrei!

Mir hat besonders das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gefallen. Das Hotel war gemütlich, sauber und für Familien perfekt – gerade mit einem kleinen, lebhaften Kind.

Schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Vermieter und Agentur vor Ort sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Auch die weiteren Einrichtungen des Hauses, Außenbereich sowie Parkmöglichkeiten sind absolut top.

Lage ist ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Alle relevanten Punkte in Sellin sind fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings ist die Lage nicht wirklich zentral. Zu beiden Stränden sowie zum Kleinbahnhof Sellin Ost sind es zu Fuß 15 min und mehr.

- es war alles sehr sauber - sehr gute Lage; das meiste war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - Ausstattung völlig ausreichend! Auch in der Küche wurde von A-Z das nötigste (und mehr) bereitgestellt. - die Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, der Sitzbereich außen mit Grill ist auch sehr toll - und hat nichts gefehlt

Mülltonnen direkt vor der Terrasse. Fehlender Schallschutz zum Hausflur, eine bessere Dämmung der Wohnungstür wäre von Vorteil.

Die Unterkunft lag ganz in der Nähe der Seebrücke Sellin, die Promenade war fußläufig erreichbar mit tollen Restaurants.

Wir hatten einen etwas ungünstigen Parkplatz, er war ziemlich steil, aber es hat trotzdem gut funktioniert.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Runge Lage, mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 5 Minuten im Zentrum.

Sellin mit Kind

top Ausstattung von Gemüsereibe, über Salz, Backpapier bis Kindergeschirr. Auch die Terrasse und der Sandkasten haben uns gefallen

Die Sauna kostet 1€ pro 12 Minuten (Münzeinwurf) und war nach 24 Minuten immer noch nicht warm genug. Leider hatten wir diesbezüglich vorher keine Info erhalten und haben sie leider nur 1x genutzt

Ruhige, familienfreundliche Unterkunft in Sellin.

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in der Villa Manatee. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet, außerdem sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch super zentral, sodass Seepark, Wilhelmstraße, Schwimmbad, Spielplätze usw. fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden konnten. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei. Man kann um die Ecke aber auch an diversen Stellen welche ausleihen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen wieder.😊
