L'organizzazione per il check-in è stata molto efficace e la casa è in ottime condizioni, comoda e funzionale. Localizzata in una zona comoda e ricca di attività.

Il profumo per ambienti era eccessivo, ai limiti del mal di testa! Al risveglio avevo la gola irritata tanto che era forte anche sul letto. A distanza di due giorni ho ancora tutti gli indumenti che odorano di quel profumo. Inoltre farei trovare agli ospiti almeno sale e zucchero.

It was fine as an overnight accommodation clean and neat. We recieved good communication from the manager with our train delay so l cant fault him on that.

Due to the late train from France we arrived just after 1200midnight. Because of this there was a late check-in fee of €50 Almost half what it cost us in the accommodation. It was known up front but it's a very steep fee to pay. Also the accommodation location was confusing as its not at the station as we thought just the booking office.

Great location next to train station Porta Garibaldi

No había aire acondicionado (Había un ventilador). Era confuso encender las luces. Los interruptores no siempre funcionaban. Había poca luz en general. No había persianas ni cortinas gruesas. Las contraventanas no se podían cerrar del todo por lo que entraba mucha luz desde las 7am y no se podía dormir. Pregunté dos veces si podía adelantar el check in de las 15.00h a las 14.00h. La primera vez no contestaron y la segunda lo hicieron a las 15.02h... Están en su derecho pero creo que una hora de adelanto no les hubiera costado nada.
