O duplex abriga 9 pessoas com conforto. Os splits e os chuveiros elétricos funcionam bem e o imóvel é bem decorado. A faxina prévia à entrega deixou um pouco a desejar mas nada que incomodasse. O vidro do WC social não é jateado e tive que colocar um pano para não ser visto durante o banho. O restaurante do condomínio é melhor do que os da redondeza e tem um custo acessível. Não há elevador nos prédios, o que cansa um pouco na hora de subir e descer com a bagagem de muita gente. A proprietária foi bastante atenciosa em todos os momentos. Não há tela nas varandas e tive que improvisar uma porque viajava com crianças.
