About this house rental
The cottage is high-set on a hill and looks directly down the Mornington Peninsula. The views are amazing. Adjacent to the bush and the Bayview golf course can be entered through the back gate. Close to great bush walks . Lots of bird life as wells as regular visits from kangaroos. 5 mins by car to the bay beaches and the Rosebud shopping centre. Also close to 3 other golf courses, wineries and other attractions. Quiet location on a no-through road. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, bath room, separate toilet and laundry. Cottage sleeps 6 persons.
Amenities at Bayview Cottage : adjacent golf course and state forest. Excellent views.

We took our 3 Grandsons for a 2 night stay. We all loved the cottage. It was cosy and very comfortable. There was a generous amount of kitchen cutlery, crockery and extra appliances.
A magnificent view of the sunset over the bay. Plenty of wildlife and birds to enjoy.

Really loved our stay. Spent all our meals on the deck cooking with the BBQ with the birds and Kangaroos for company. It’s a perfect spot if you want to bushwalk in the nearby state park.
