Appartamenti San Marco Firenze

Large apartment with all that you need in it. Great view to San Marco Square and Dome of Florence. Museum with David statue around the corner and Dome 5 -10 min walk. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Very easy self-check in/ check out and communication with the owner. For car travelling, there is very convenient parking garage at 2 stations away with the tram T2, Parterre at 15 eur/ day.

The bed from master bedroom creaks, may need refurbishment.

Situation très proche du centre, avec accès tram T2 en bas de l'appartement. 2 SDB Machine à laver le linge Restaurant en bas de l'appartement

Appartement spacieux, mais tout en long... Appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Dommage, qu'il n'y a pas des équipements de cuisine basique : éponge, liquide vaisselle, café, huile ... --> la vaisselle à notre arrivée avait sûrement été juste lavée à "l'eau" par les prédécesseurs --> sale... Une bouteille d'eau dans le grand frigo aurait été apprécié en plein été.

Η τοποθεσία πολυ βολική με το τραμ ακριβώς έξω από την πορτα. Ανετο κ βολικό διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις κ δυο μπάνια. Η θέα στην πλατεια μοναδική κ το μπαλκονάκι με τα λουλουδια μας έφτιαχνε την διάθεση την ώρα του πρωινου καφέ. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα κ ευχομαι να ξαναβρεθω συντομα .

The location of this property was incredible an easy walk to the centre of Florence, cafes surrounding the place. The place was clean and supplied a washing machine which was great. Sky lights were a plus.

Initially the host never responded when I had sent messages about luggage storage facilities surrounding the area as we were arriving earlier. There was absolutely no hot water within the apartment, thus meaning all of the showers we had were ice cold, including washing up our dishes in cold water. The iron would not turn on full stop. Main bedroom light was flickering. No powerpoints in the main bedroom ensuite meaning cannot blowdry hair/use appliances. The key had to be kept in for the electricity meaning that one of our friends had to stay home in the dark as we were coming back later and needed the key to access the apartment.
