The staff kind, helpful and generous.
The location was perfect, really close to the slopes/lifts.
The room was comfortable.
The bar area was pleasant to be at, not too crowded and nice. I also liked the spa area
The breakfast could have been better looking and arranged. It wasn't bad nor it tasted bad but I feel that it didn't have many options for organic and vegan/vegetarian eaters. I think the room was a bit too small and also the bathroom, was hard, I was alone but if I was with someone else it would have been quite annoying.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, good facilities, helpful and efficient staff, excellent breakfast included, very tasty buffet dinner as a paid option - couldn't ask for more. Adrien (sp?) the manager was super friendly even with our large group and limited Spanish. Hotel was very busy during our stay but well soundproofed and never an issue. Will hopefully be coming back next year!
